Hello guys and girls
With CHECC just a short time away we’re sorting out caving trips! Or leaders for them. This year we would love the clubs to mix up a bit more! So we’re asking for the more experienced people from each club to lead trips. We have planned it all a bit more this year.
Trips that definitely need a leader
Oxlow –3 leaders a day. They need to have lots of SRT experience
Maskhill mine- 2 leaders a day. They need to have lots of SRT experience
Eldon Hole - Really we only need one a day to be around to sort out any SRT problems anyone has
Bagshawe- Leader required. 3 a day would be brilliant
Eyam dale house cave – 2 leaders a day. We’re planning to rig it on ladders
Water icicle – One leader a day. SRT experience would be great
Odin – 3 leaders a day. SRT Experience is essential
Knotlow - Hillocks – 4 trips a day. Needing leaders to look after people’s SRT
P8- This will be rigged on ladders. Some people to lead, would be great
Giants – Garlands will be rigged on a ladder and we’re planning on rigging to the bottom as well as Oxlow.
So; there are a few good trip choices; if you have one in mind you’d like to lead, then let us know.
