International Congress of Speleology Scholarship

The 17th International Congress of Speleology will be held in Sydney, Australia, on 23-29 July 2017. The organizers endeavour to crowd-fund AUS $6,000 to offer two scholarships to the congress. Currently, 27% of the amount needed has been raised. Please contribute before the 31 October 2016 deadline so two worthy people, who would not otherwise be able to attend this important event, can join the rest of the speleological world next year in Sydney. International Congress of Speleology Abstract Deadline

The deadline for abstracts for the 17th International Congress of Speleology is 20 November 2016. The deadline for low price early registration fees ends on 31 January 2017, making this an excellent time to send your abstract and to register. Karst Waters Institute 2016 Karst Award

Cave biologist James Reddell is the 2016 KWI Karst Award recipient! He will receive the award at a dinner banquet in San Marcos, Texas.
