Does anybody have up to date information regarding the quality of the anchors in Car Pot on Gaping Gill? A couple of friends who did it at the CPC winch meet 2 years ago told me that the anchors are in pretty poor condition. does anyone know if they are safe to use?

No been avoiding the place since last I went down there, as the anchors where crap. Not heard anything to say these have been fixed and I therfor assume they are probably in a worse state (note these are the anchors on the last pitch, the earlier ones at the time were okay).

CNCC rigging programme?

I'll ask if anyone knows more information at the upcoming CNCC Committee meeting on the current anchor status and see if it a project any of our approved anchor installers would be interested in or able to support.

Back on subject when is Car pot being planned to be Resin anchored?

Sam Allshorn has told me it is on his to-do list. I believe there are a few people who would be willing to bolt the harder caves over time: Sam, Andrew Walmsley (Sam's current go-to bolting partner) and maybe a couple of others.
