Apparently it's in Deneholme Road :-\ Hmm!
BBC S.East has a video article about it, but it doesn't seem to be available on I Player.
It is however on BBC S.East F/book:-

You can clearly see the muddy patch where the snow had melted in a picture taken a few days earlier. The kids were jumping over it

At least they managed not to call it a "sinkhole."
