Whilst on a swimmy trip from VE to Rowten Pot we found a small, yellow bag with some contents marked ULSA in the downstream Rowten Sump.  It's with a mate in Clitheroe. The bag smells funny but apart from that seems ok.

Alternatively let us know if you are driving up via Clitheroe as that's were it currently is.
