Tendon Semi Static

Has anyone used any Tendon Semi Static?

I had a look at some at the weekend and it seemed to me that there wasn't enough 'core fibres'. I could squash the rope easily between my finger and thumb. Personally I prefer  my ropes to be a bit tighter.

I believe Tendon ropes are re-branded and also sold by Metolius, who offered us a discount on their rope for an expedition in 2014. It was a bit of a gamble taking the discount because we couldn't really find any info or reviews of the rope, but we decided to go for it and it was a great decision. It was supple, seemed fairly low stretch and has subsequently been used quite frequently by York University CPC without any obvious deterioration. I've not heard any complaints about it at all.
