Yes, indeedy!  The forum is moving to a new home.  There should be no time when the forum is not viewable - it will just be in read only mode for a period between Monday evening and Tuesday morning.

Apologies for any inconvenience.

Since the move, I've seen mail delivery failures: there are no DNS records for
the domain you are sending mail from.

In:  MAIL FROM:<ukcaving@cloud.outsrchosting.co.uk> SIZE=2215
Out: 450 4.1.8 <ukcaving@cloud.outsrchosting.co.uk>: Sender address rejected:
    Domain not found

$ dig -t mx cloud.outsrchosting.co.uk
;; Got answer:
;; ->>HEADER<<- opcode: QUERY, status: NXDOMAIN, id: 56877

$ dig -t a cloud.outsrchosting.co.uk
;; Got answer:
;; ->>HEADER<<- opcode: QUERY, status: NXDOMAIN, id: 62902

I wondered why I had no notifications for PM's sent to me a day or so ago and saw exactly the
same in my mail log. The mail seems to be coming from 83-223-111-99.as29017.net.

Interestingly there is an MX for outsrchosting.co.uk:

$ host outsrchosting.co.uk
outsrchosting.co.uk mail is handled by 20 mxb.mailgun.org.
outsrchosting.co.uk mail is handled by 10 mxa.mailgun.org

so maybe altering the outgoing domain to remove the 'cloud' bit will fix the problem.

Dave & Alan, thank you for highlighting the above...

I have, as they say, asked the experts  :)

Cheers, Jane (who's only just learnt to spell software so sure as heck can't help  ;))
