Peter Harvey Obituary in The Guardian

The Guardian should be running an obituary for Peter Harvey tomorrow (Tues 1 Dec), including one of Jem Rowland's photos. As ever these things are subject to late change, so might be worth checking before you hand over your ?1 to the newsagent; the obits are usually in the main body of the paper, a couple of pages in from the back.
 
Well done Tony. The Guardian have now got used to publishing caver obits and they did Pete Harvey proud. Perhaps others would like to submit obits of individuals they feel worthy of inclusion. The chap on the Guardian asked me if I would be the caving obit supplier but I declined  because I feel it important to have a good personal knowledge of the subject.
