- How to move efficiently through the cave

- How to deal with carrying tackle bags

- Mind games - dealing with getting stuck, claustrophia, etc

- Navigation tips

- Diet? Is a full-english *really* the ideal caving breakfast or does a MARS do the trick.

- Dehydration

- Signs of high water levels
