Parking is at the usual Leck Fell parking spot - as indicated on the CNCC permit.
Fenced open hole with stream cascading out of Rumbling Beck Cave about 9m below the surface.
Description
After a recent extension there are two seperate routes:
The original and standard (easier of the two) descends the open shaft.
The second route 'Dead Bobbin Series' discovered in ?? swings off from the open shaft and provides a harder trip.
Access
Access is through a Leck Fell Permit. A closed season operates in the months of April, May and June.
