Sheffield University Speleological Society

Although technically a University caving club, SUSS has many non student members. Most of these are graduates of Sheffield University but it possible to join the club without being a Sheffield student.
SUSS are active mainly in the Peak District, but also in the rest of the UK. Foreign trips, either sporting or original exploration happen most years.
SUSS dates back to 1961 when it was split off from the University Mountaineering Club.
