Authors: Trevor Ford and, in later editions, David Gill

Publisher: The Dalesman Publishing Company Ltd., Clapham (via Lancaster)

This went though five editions between 1964 and 1984, and was very much intended as a companion volume to Pennine Underground and Underground in Furness. Although Trevor Ford is credited with being the author of the first editions, they do say "with the assistance of D. Allsop and R.J.A. Travis".
