I am the training officer for the YSS and am running some training events this year.
I have organised for a Dr from Leeds University and Fellow for the National Association for Environmental Education to run a Karst Geology walk this coming Sunday. We will be meeting at the YSS hut at 9:30am, there is a large car park just opposite the hut where we will arrange to share vehicles to Hull Pot Lane. This will be a very informative walk for this staying above ground this Sunday and would like to know a bit more about the Geology of the Dales.
