CHECC Games

Dreaming up ideas of games for CHECC:

Moonlight cricket or flaming cricket? - find a way to 'light' a ball and bat and play in the dark - Either set them on fire or attach glow sticks?

Bog snorkelling in the mineries pool?

Assault course

Water slide

Anyother thoughts?

Glow in the dark balls can be found fairly easily on the internet, or you can paint your own with glow in the dark paint. I just think they are too easy to get lost and don't give off enough light. Glow in the dark Frisbee is a challenging enough game and cricket balls will go much faster. Besides, dipping a tennis ball in petrol is much more fun.

Could we have a really advanced squeeze machine this year? People seem to enjoy the games that have some small resemblance to caving. Instead of just being a how tight a section can you fit through, which is often a foregone conclusion, you could have a U-tube or S-bend people would have to fit through.

Any one want to make one?

Found a few balls at home which we can dip in paraffin or petrol to play with - rekon a cricket ball might be quite good as it is pretty solid and won't just melt.

Use oven gloves? Or construct a flaming spud cannon!

Given your performance at beardedboy's birthday bash I don't think MUSC have much to worry about! :yucky:

A flaming toilet roll is quite easy to bowl. ;)

Flaming toilet roll volleyball is even better, just remember to use parrafin*, NOT petrol/lighter fliud.

*parrafin burns at a lower temprature, & try to hold the toilet roll at the base, that way you don't get too burnt, just the hairs on the back of your hands and fingers. (we used to play this regulary once or twice a week as part of our fireshows)

Firework wars?!?!  ;)

Hmmmm, Might upset the locals that one. but there's plenty of other games. Some I've played at the Belfry, or been smart enough to watch from a safe distance, have included,

Catch the Club Hammer. :chair: ( not recomended ).

Sofa Rugby/Burning Sofa Rugby. . ( potentially High Body Count. ).

Piggy Back Jousting.  ( Minor body count ).

Spoon Fighting.  ( Maiming only )

and,  Platipus Racing :-\ ( harmless.... to Humans ).

A Black and Decker work bench (or cheap alternative brand) is ideal for an advanced squeeze machine.
