Not UK related,  but does anyone have or know of a waiver or text for a waiver that cavers have successfully used to satisfy land owners? Failing that, does anyone know a lawyer who might be able to help?

& try to keep it to the minimum the landowner will accept, rather than handing them one with all bells & whistles...
