Cumberland cavern/ wapping mine- anyone been down it? It's an old show cave so whats the floor like? would it be possible using a combiniation of crutches and crawling? Any caves you know of that might be easier? I managed to walk up bleaklow on the pw (from snake) and back across the moor on crutches so i figure it's time i went caving soon...

For superior flat out fun try Yoga cave in Stoney. Might be a hassle getting to/finding it but it's pish to do... lie flat pull arms/push leg (don't know if your legs in cast or pinned) repeat for about 30 mins!
