Great stuff, very interesting

Glad you like it. There's a lot of very interesting stuff in the interview which could quite easily be used in caving trips(especially on long expedition style trips). Maybe one for the next generation......

Javed is also an NPC member. He was the subject of an article in Mountain Rescue magazine (Spring 2016) page 49. I'm still amazed by his "double Spine", which was a phenomenal achievement.
