Not been through for a few years. Is it still grim or have things improved?

Anyone been through recently?

Latest person through would probably be the Combined Services Caving (Association?) [CSCA].

They went through about 2 weeks ago on a wet weekend, and bailed for about 1hour.

Prior to them, Probably Keith Mason and Lisa Wooton of the YSS, I think near the start of January. they Bailed the sump for about 1hr and a half.

After all the rain and snowmelt, I can assume that Bailing will be a given!

Whether there will be worms in or not will have to be a treat for you when you go and see!

It had certainly improved before the wet weather starting sumping things, in the sense that the worms themselves had gone. However, the foetid stink of diesel and slurry remained, and the black mud was an indication that all is not well in this section. I'm always glad to dive into the Speedwell streamway after a trip through there!
