Wanted - old style Petzl Simple descender

I have an almost new Petzl bobbin descender, which I would like to swap for one of the old pattern ( with tin safety catch ). Any takers ?

Mike W, why do you wan to swap? Is it the newer type of catch you don't like or is it due to some other change?

Fo rthe record I have the older type with metal catch - at least 15 years old!

Paul, it's just that I'm used to the old style catch - old dogs / new tricks, you understand !! ( I've just swapped a new Stop for one with the old catch too ). 15 years old is fine by me, if you're interested.

Caving Supplies are flogging off their old stock of Petzl descenders with the tin catch - £25 each, plenty available I believe too!
