JonP - Great trip, started with pre-beers.

RobE - I dug the choke.

JonP - I cut some scaf.

RobE - Got through the choke to a draughting pitch head, but got no rope.

JonP - Great result, out in time for pub

;) ;) ;)

Good work folks - we are all busy at the moment aren't we? Looking good for the future in many areas - as long as no-one gets squashed over Xmas ;)

Plenty of opportunity for getting squashed in Intake Dale Mine, unless there's been a lot of gardening done! Definitely somewhere to avoid if you're nervous about going under stacked deads apparently supported by rotting toothpicks....

Well done team...necky work.
Is this mine in the gap between Castleton and Bradwell then?

No, it's upstream of Bagshawe, and closer to the end of Bagshawe than the entrance of Bagshawe.

Downstream in IDM ends in sumps, but upstream is one big choke, Black Jack!  (y)
