I'm not allowed to promote books for sale on this forum, however, on this occasion I'm sure the site managers wont object  as its a tribute to Ali Neill of Plymouth Caving and may other clubs and societies .

This book has just been published the Mine  best known for its surviving engines house that  sit on the cliffs above Mounts Bay and rival the better known \Crown Engine Houses at Bottallack. The mine was not really of significance but its story is worth telling

The book is a tribute its joint author Ali Neil who died in 2016 and was known to members on this list. He was an investigative Mining Researcher and was very active  Cave and  Mine explorer, he published little but his exhaustive research  through newspapers, |Journals and other documents is extensive which more will become known i due couse.

Wheal Trewavas, Peter Joseph & Alasdair Neill ,sb,, A5,  93pp,  I have made it post free
