Caves above 600m in the UK?

Can anyone advise me of a cave which has part of it going above 600m / 1970 foot above sea level?  I think the highest entrance is around 1800 foot in Scotland but just wondered if there was a cave which went upwards.

Knock Fell Caverns?

Think its entrance is at about 750m altitude.

Not really a cave though - just a large gap in large gritstone boulders and lower than the large cairn at 603m.

Many thanks for the names.  That solves my immediate problem.

Kinderlow Cavern is currently "lost" - apparently dynamited and buried under sleepers back in the '30s. There is a cave on the slope under Kinderlow End (reasonably extensive for a gritstone cave, including a small climbable pitch) but I believe that this is The Belfry.

Whatever, both the Belfry and Kinderlow Cavern are well below the 600m line.

Thanks for that Paul - I remember that thread, and it's good to re-read some of the posts. A local chap I run with on the fells apparently found the entrance a few years back, and I'm hoping he'll show me where it is once we've got rid of the current plague. He's adamant that it was collapsed with explosives though, so what will remain?
