Well done. Heard on the 'grapevine' you were getting close to breakthrough. Good news for the forest to have another 1K + cave.

it's woolaston wood cave ( wooly jumper cave )
surveying work is going to be carried out next week to find out the true length of the cave. sorry but no trips at the moment because work has to be done make "toilet pitch" and "nutcracker pitch" safe and all leads to be checked.

The digging "team" in this case was pretty much just woolydigger digging solo!

Literally only a handful of people have been in so far while the breakthrough points are stabilised and enlarged. I'm looking forward to seeing it (and the survey!).

Thank's Rhys for sayin i was a solo digger i didn't want say cuz of the help i've had from time to time from a few people ( full names of the helpers  will be published in descent when i've finished the wirte up).

WARNING!!!!!!!!

digging solo is not for novice's and can be high risk. i've been caving since was four and i don't go beond my limt and stick to my call out time
