Hi Chaps

Just been recommended this place to have a look around when we go up that way , what info can anybody give us on the place ie parking , adit etc  PM if you wish

If you've never been to Nenthead before, I'd say a trip into either Smallcleugh or Rampgill is probably better :)

The through trip to Haggs Level (emerges at the side of Haggs Bank Bunkhouse!  ;) )is good if you dont mind water or loose shale... Plenty to see in odd corners if you like geology, industrial archaeology, history etc... The more you push into remote areas the looser it will feel  :eek:

I have done those buddy you can see our video on YT " Patterdale Dive & Cave " Channel we have some nice stuff on there .

It's quite wide and you can park on the verge, so should be out of the way.

There's some really interesting stuff in there if you don't mind the odd dodgy unprotected climb  :)
