Very good, the mechanical tool in the second video would be straight-forward to fabricate.

I wonder how the technique would work with the pronounced spikes on the collar of a Raumer hangfix:

Impressive. Though it would be be a bit trickier removing bolts from a vertical wall on a deep pitch I guess. Maybe two people would be needed to really do it well.
