Yes there was. But it was made specifically for the Global Diving Conference in Kiel, 2011 and I only made 100 copies. It was aimed at a diving audience so would have been a bit 'sucking eggs' for cavers, so I didn't advertise it here. A few folk managed to get hold of it though.
