South Wales - information request

Hi

I hope you can help me identify the name of a cave I visited a few years ago. I have tried the caving sites on the web and looked at lots of maps but I can't for the life of me remember the location.

The only info I have was:

It was in South Wales
The caving included a crawl through the ‘cheese press' which seemed about 50m long and was only high enough to lie flat in.
The entrance was above a valley about 15 minutes walk from the lane.
It was a novice cave.

I know this sounds rather vague, but if you can help me out, I would be very grateful.

Thanks

Becky

Eglwys Faen? That's sort of above a valley and has a long (for a beginner) crawling section. Not 50m though.

Otherwise... er, Ogof Clogwyn? Pen Eryr?

Ring any bells?
