Hi, had a wander up the Rampgill Horse Level yesterday, we noticed what appeared to be a fresh but small roof fall just outbye from the Brewery shaft. Having been looking at Mike Hrybyks surveys and the diagrams in the Mines of Alston More, could someone confirm the name of the shaft that the fallen horse gin was servicing / where it is on the survey, and likewise for the NORPEX door as I cant see an indication of these two places on the plans I have access to. Not sure of the location of the miners steps and inscription either - other than 2 in the Scaleburn Vein and one in the Rampgill Vein.

If I had the survey on front of me, I would show you easy enough but why not ask Mr Mike, since he drew your survey?
