can anyone use some Spell Technics FX2 lead acid batteries?

We have 25 of these which we have not used in many years. Going free if they are any use to anyone. Current location near Bristol, probably too heavy to post!

Weren't FX2 batteries NiCd rather than lead acid? (2 "F" NiCd cells hence FX2). I'm just saying in case a purchaser wants to know what charger to use.

Assuming these are nicads te Shropshire Mines Trust might be interested - what state were they in last time they were used?

Thanks for the above - not sure re NiCad sorry, I had assumed lead acid due to weight.
They were OK when last used but that would be over 10 years ago

Had they been DX's I would have taken for the Shropshire Mines Trust, but considering the age and condition in discussion will unfortunately not meet our needs.
