Who or what company actually makes *new* Oldham cap lamps?

I can find plenty of places that sell lamps & batteries (new and used) but nowhere that actually builds them. I know they were originally made in Oldham near Manchester but the trail gets cold around the 1970's.. Are they now a 'generic' design/standard made by lots of companies or is there still only one main manufacturer?

IIRC the true "brand" got sold to a South African company, and they are made there now....
