General Assembly in Vratsa, Bulgaria
Dear Caving Organisations of the Balkans!
It?s with a great pleasure that the Balkan Speleological Union (BSU) Bureau, in agreement with the President, is sending you the call-up for next BSU General Assembly Meeting (GAM).
Our GAM will be held during the 10th Balkan Cavers Camp in the
following place:
Nature Conservation Center ?HAT????
?Pop Sava Katrafilov??Str. ?27-29 (Red Square)
Vratsa City, Bulgaria,
on Saturday 25th of June 2016 starting at 14.30 (2.30 pm)
All the details about the Balkan Cavers Camp is available through the BSU page on FaceBook,on the BSU web site - http://www.balkan-speleo.org/ or
http://balkancaverscamp.weebly.com
The GAM access is of course completely free for all cavers.
We remind you that in order to vote at the GAM, your organization
needs to have paid its annual BSU membership fee for 2016 before 15 June 2016. If you need to check whether you have submitted your fees, please contact our Secretary General and Treasurer, Stelios Zacharias on:

If the delegate and vice-delegate of your organization can not attend
the GAM, you can either officially mandate a member of your organization who attends Balkan Cavers Camp, or have representation by proxy from a delegate or vice-delegate of another country.
In both cases please send before 15th of June the scanned signed proxy
form to:
