Scotch Eggs

It seem like the Scotch Egg is the new ISO standard for a substantial meal, and a panacea.  Have a pint without one and you'll get a nasty virus.
Issue is that one size doesn't quite fit all.  What if you are a super model - would one of those mini ones you can get count?  What if you're a bit posh - would a slice of gala pie count?  Gove said he'd have one with some pickle, so does that mean you're allowed a chaser?  Would a mini scotch egg and a mini pork pie (with cranberries on top) combo count in a cocktail bar?  What about vegetarians (I presume you can make scotch eggs out of vegetarians)?  Does anyone have an insight into the rules and convoluted legislation?

I think the eggs in our supermarket are locally sourced - Yorkshire eggs, not Scotch ones.

Do they count, I wonder?
