Just noticed on this on the BCA website https://british-caving.org.uk/agm-2021/,
which provides the invitation to sign up for attending the AGM.  Not sure how long it has been open and I don't recall any notification that this was active, but if you want to attend and have your say then you need to be quick as there are only 100 places available and many may have already been snapped up.

Yes indeed, like last year we're asking those who wish to participate to sign up using the form here. If you just want to watch we ask that you use the Facebook live stream instead (no Facebook account required).
All clubs should have received this information to share with their members, and we've also posted about it on the website and on here.
I wouldn't be overly concerned about us meeting the 100 members limit - there is some flexibility there, and we didn't come close to that many interested last year.
