Hi,
As mentioned in the posting I wrote half an hour ago, I was down Grosbeak Dale rummaging about searching for Tensely and Neptune. Having found Neptune (and the hassle I experienced as written in the previous posting), in the twilight I noticed the possible Tnsely Dale Mine (TDM) entrance area, about 40 to 50 feet up the bank on the other side of the dale to Neptune around 200 yards up the dale (towards Gibbet Rock).
I put a lamp on my head and (like the COTPD describes) crawled through the - to me - tightish gap. Once through there was a narrow passage which ended in a collapse after only 10 or 15 feet or so.
Whether this definitely was TDM, I cannot say for certain, but if it is, the up and coming guidebook needs updating (if it hasn't been done already).
