For those who had heard whispers about the yoga sessions, there is an article on the BCA website.

What a brilliant idea this is - something useful to those cavers who want to take advantage of this learning during lockdown, Well done BCA and CHECC and all involved.

I'd be interested to hear from anyone who takes part - I might try myself  ;)

I tried myself on Saturday but had to stop halfway due to a accidentally doing a more advanced class, unseasonably warm weather and being 'slightly' hungover. I'll report back when I manage to get any of it right  :LOL:

PS I did do the little logo twist, glad people are enjoying it!

We did it on Thursday night live and it was superb. Basic enough to help us learn what to do but not easy/simple if you?ve done a bit before. (In our opinion)

We?ve scheduled it for each Thursday hoping we can get a slot each week - two of us share the space so it?s pretty good.
