Does anyone have any places to recommend for a bunch of us to stay on a B&B basis?
This is to follow a Saturday caving trip to Draenen (in theory the round trip, navigation allowing - OK hints accepted)

This would have to be subject to the following assumptions:

We are a relatively old bunch of cavers and like our creature comforts, there will be/should be 6 of us :ang:

we need someone to make breakfast  :bow:

decent food

decent beer

maybe wine

good food

and a lock in.

Any polite hints/ideas would be appreciated,

Had to laugh, cavers staying in a B&B wanting wine with their meal.  I am more used to sleeping in a Transit and eating cold baked beans.  Saves washing us.

this describes the Rifleman's Arms and the nearby Pwll Du Centre.  The nearest caving hut is the Chelsea Speleo Society.  But watch out for the farmer next door.  He is a [deleted].

Other caving huts are the Westminster, near Hirwaun and the C....CC at Ystradfellte

C....CC  = Croydon Caving Club remembered the newsletter - Pelobates, but not the name of the club.  Sign of old age I suppose.
