Really sorry to bring it up but..... Hidden earth 2019 dates?

Really sorry to bring it up and don't want to start anything but has anyone on here got an idea when we might get a date for Hidden Earth this year?
I was really keen to go last year and kept the usual weekend free - but then it was the one earlier than I was expecting and I was working so couldn't go.
I'd really really like to go this year and so have been trying to avoid taking work for any of the weekends in September but I can't hold out much longer with keeping them all free!

as I understand the HE are still struggling with a suitable venue, within budget in the North Wales, Derbyshire area. they have made countless visits and phone calls to venues. they will let us all know when venue and dates are confirmed

It is the usual issues of venue but rest-assured it is in progress (I realise it that doesn't help you right now). I'm in charge of the website and social media so the very moment a date/venue is announced it will be made as public as possible on UKC, Facebook, Twitter and or course the website.

In the meantime, it's possible to submit lectures and workshops online for 2019 (a few have come in already and are listed on the website). You can also submit videos online very soon as we have a slightly earlier deadline this year.

Thank you! I did suspect that a date would be published as soon as it was secure but was just hoping someone might be able to say that would be soon!
I will keep  trying to save September weekends if possible without turning down too much work
