I would suggest no there isn't - MCRA are about to publish the first part of Somerset Underground which contains over 2200 sites in 4 volumes & that's for quite a small area... (mind you, some of them are mines!). They are all on the MCRA website (along with Portland / Dorset):

There are various incomplete lists that may suit you (including wikipedia). ukcaves is still online, but cavedatabase & cave-register are both defunct:

www.northerncaves.co.uk only covers caves in what was Norther Caves 3 (ie the 3 Counties System), for the rest you'll need to refer to NC1 and NC2. Other than that, www.cavemaps.org is a pretty good resource.

For Derbyshire, https://registry.thedca.org.uk is a pretty comprehensive list.

https://cncc.org.uk/caving/ includes Scotland

Useful for South Wales: http://www.ogof.org.uk/

Registry for Scotland: http://registry.gsg.org.uk/sr/registrysearch.php

Other regional councils also have databases, mostly accessible from their website (e.g. Devon / Cornwall & Wales):
