Thanks to all who turned up to make the evening a success - especially those who posted on the display boards or gave talks. The Award Evening is an annual opportunity to share your exploits with others and perhaps enlarge digging teams. Next year is wide open with some promising leads reported on Saturday night.

Axbridge Caving Group had the finest accolade - we were disqualified - they could not include such a find that had been found and lost several times since the mid 1700's. I think we are the first caving group to have a find barred!

Only JRat's favourite (in recent times) digging grounds of Mendip and Scotland are eligible, I believe...
