We would like to remind you of two weekend road closures; one between Brynmawr and Gilwern and on the following weekend Brynmawr and Ebbw Vale.

The weekend road closure is required for: 24 hour working for the installation of rubbing strips/ precast concrete units which are placed along the existing A465 at the base of the central retaining wall, continuation of rock excavation, landscaping and top soiling, drainage and duct crossings across the carriageway and road lighting works. Other works will also be undertaken to maximise the full use of the road closure.
