17 photographers ... eight hours overdue ... Rhosydd Quarry ... vehicles found at Tanygrisiau ... underground over 14 hours ... first trip underground for a large percentage of the group

But we don't know about ropes and harnesses really as it's new to us.

Sounds as if they got away very lightly.

Glad they're all OK.

but on a light hearted note - even with 1 photographer in a group it will be slow, but 17 (or 14 depending on which article you read) - can you imagine the faff!!!!
"ooh, no, just one more with the flash a bit to your left..."

For sure, Burt. I can think of one or two cave photographers who could make a 4 hour trip last 14 hours all by themselves.

When I was a lad Kodak wouldn't print that type of photo.

Glad they're all safe. I was once sold a 1.5hr through trip in Spain as a hangover cure. 7hrs of holding flash guns and forcing smiles later.....
