If you are bored at work, try this.


1. While sitting at your desk, lift your right foot off the floor and
make clockwise circles.

2. Now, while doing this, draw the number "6" in the air with your right
hand.

Your foot will change direction........And there's nothing you can do
about it! :shock:

Didn't work for me. Maybe that's why I get so confused in aerobics - feet don't know what arms are doing.

my foot just happily kept going the same way, but then I'm shit at anything dance/aerobics/walking and not falling over related, so maybe there is some level of coordination involved...

...doesn't work with the other foot either...
