Is that the one that leads to Norad?

My mum got quite sniffy when dad said she wouldn?t be going in the bunker. I think he regretted telling her that.

North American Aerospace Defence Command - the thing Fylingdales is linked to, would give you four minutes to brush your hair etc.

My dad and his friends somewhat ironical name for the thing when I was at Corsham primary long ago. It?s where they used to keep various useful spares, amongst other uses.

I had a whimsical thought that Area 51 is the connection tunnel to Box, seemed appropiate.

Most of the MoD stuff is mothballed or decommissioned. However I believe the CCC is still operational as the most important service within the ministry... Paying all the serving military personnel!
For many years access was much easier to this area, and no aliens, strategic steam reserve or other silly things have been discovered.
A good resource for the bunkers is http://www.nettleden.com/ and for the quarries http://www.choghole.co.uk/Main%20page.htm

They feed off winding people up it gives them a buzz, a bit like the keyboard warriors on the net
