I know quite a few cavers use a Fenix HL50 as a back-up light, but a common complaint is that it can easily be switched on accidentally.
On a trip last weekend that happened to mine, and someone else on the trip immediately thought of 3D printing an end cap.
They did exactly that - available at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3438220. It covers the button, but I think it is fairly easily removed when required.
When I went to print a copy something strange happened with the scale, so I designed a slightly different one: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3454900. Mine isn't removed easily, but the button can still be used with the end-cap on (and was OK to use while wearing gloves caving).
I thought it was worth posting here in case either is of use to anyone else. I'm happy to print a few if anyone wants one.
