I have a working Car stereo (have just plugged it into my car cigarette lighter and the screen lit up). it has sit unused for quite a few years after it was in my brothers car.

Now is the time for it to get used! would probably suit a 4x4 car or similarly sparse vehicle, where a tape player and a radio are adequate.

You would need to wire it all up to some speakers in the car, but other than that it's ready to go.
