Are there any access restrictions on Ogof Fechan, or anything else I might need to know about? I was last there about 20 years ago, and remember asking at the farm for access, and maybe parking at the farm as well. Has much changed?

I will be going there in a couple of months (hopefully).

1995 guide book says ask permission at werlas farm no other access control mentioned. andrew

Just ask at the farm, they are nice and friendly and will point out the way to the entrance if you are unsure.

As for parking at the farm, it seems to depend on who is there at the time you call.

When we went there at the end of March we just asked at the farm and they were fine with us parking there too.

Entrance was a bit ropey, some of the bigger rocks seem to move a bit. Be careful eh?

I remember the description to the entrance being wrong in a turing. Anyway right about the entrance, i almost had my shins taken out by a larger than football sized boulder rolling down the entrance slope towards me dislodged by a kind friend.
