I'm just pleased that there's been so much interest in what I thought was a fairly niche project. Thanks to all the people who have supported the book, either by writing, buying a copy, providing photos or articles or supporting it on this website (thanks Tim and Jane especially). 
Just need to finish writing the next book now!
