A month ago we decided to have look at Long Drop, so we grabbed a permit and went last weekend. We were suprised to find that the first pitch was now P-bolted and the second pitch had drilled holes ready for resin. All the rest of the cave is still on original rigging. There is no mention of it on the CNCC website so it's either part not a CNCC bolting scheme or the website has not been updated.

Anyone know anything about it, has it got an eta? It's is a job that does need doing soon. Some of the bolts lower down looked rather poor, the bolt at the pitch head on the second pitch would only screw in half way and you only have one bolt in which to hang on to get to the plate thingy in the wall for the third pitch.
