"A book has been created over the last two years which hopefully shows the history of the BPC and the people involved over the years, with pictures and stories about what the past was like for a BPC member. The book is a big black thing with three sections, a rolling history from day one to Covid-19, a collection of stories from across the decades and a who?s who of every member the club has ever had. This weighs in at 324 pages including some 26 pages of photographs, some that you may have seen, some you may not and some you are possibly in. This is the first time a caving club has succeeded in producing such a history, some clubs have tried and failed, others have a member?s only on-line archive, most have nothing. It represents over 2000 man hours of effort trawling through our records and quite a few members writing stories both old and new to form this collection of glances over our shoulder. ?A Short History of the Bradford Pothole Club? is now available. ~John Edwards"
Due to some printing issues we encountered we now have a surplus of books that have the last 12 pages missing but are otherwise intact. These mis-printed books are available for free (or for a donation to a charity of your choice!) if collected from the Brackenbottom, or for ?4 per copy to be posted out. If you want one please fill out the form that can be found here:

There are are also a very limited number of complete copies still remaining for sale and reduced postage rates available if larger numbers of copies are wanted- contact me directly for these.
