The 22nd International Cave Bear Symposium (22nd ICBS) in year 2016 will be held in Poland in a special time and place. The ICBS is traditionally focused on cave bear and related topics, so we continue the traditional type of symposium. Kletno and Stronie ?l?skie is located in a deep valley at the foot of ?nie?nik - the highest peak in the Eastern Sudety Mts. It is also the place, where 50 years ago in a quarry Kletno I paleontological site with huge numbers of cave bear bones were discovered. The locality, recently known as Nied?wiedzia Cave, in 2016 celebrates the 50th anniversary, which will also be part of our 22nd ICBS.
